|Abstract:||Introduction • CARTO (Biosense Webster) uses the Interval Confidence Level (ICL) as primary metric, with Average and Shortest Complex Intervals (ACI, SCI) as complementary metrics for Complex Fractionated Atrial Electrogram (CFAE) identification. • NavX (St Jude Medical) uses CFE-Mean as primary metric and CFE-StdDev as complementary metric for CFAE identification. In this study, we investigated (1) the differences in commercial CFAE algorithms and (2) thresholds for the complementary metrics to characterise CFAE based on the agreement between those two systems|
